How does ordering work?
On the order page you pick your pieces and sizes, upload your pet's photo, add your email, and pay through secure Stripe checkout. Your shipping address is collected at checkout. That one photo becomes the all-over pattern on every piece in your order.
What makes a good pet photo?
- Face visible and front-facing, filling most of the frame.
- Decent light. Daylight by a window beats a dark room.
- One pet per print. Group shots get confusing fast.
- Sharp, not blurry. JPG or PNG, under 8MB.
Blurry, far-away, or sunglasses-at-night photos won't do that beautiful face justice.
Where does the face go?
Everywhere. It's all-over dye sublimation, so your pet's face covers the whole garment as a pattern, not a little chest logo. One photo per order, used on every piece you pick.
What if my photo doesn't print well?
Start with a good photo (see above) and you're most of the way there. If your PawJamas arrive looking wrong, email detroitgoldshop@gmail.com with your order details and we'll make it right. A human (and a very good dog) replies within a day.
How long until I get them?
Every piece is made to order, so nothing is sitting on a shelf. It's printed in the USA in about 4 days, then ships in 2 to 5 business days. Roughly a week to ten days from order to doorstep. Buying a gift? Order early.
Can I return them?
Every pair is printed with your pet's face, so it's one of one. If something arrives wrong or damaged, email detroitgoldshop@gmail.com and we'll make it right.
What happens to my pet's photo?
We use it to print your order. It goes to our print partner and onto your pajamas. If Chevy ever wants to show off your pet, we'll ask you first.
What sizes do you have?
Pants run XS to 4XL in a women's cut ($54.99 for XS to XL; 2XL $58.27, 3XL $59.92, 4XL $61.56). The top runs S to 3XL at $37.99 in every size. They're relaxed sleep fits, so pick your usual size. Full chart in the size guide.
Is shipping really free over $75?
Yes. Any order over $75 ships free. A pants plus top set ($92.98) clears it on its own, which is honestly the move.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Payment runs through Stripe right here on this site. We never see your card number.
Where are they made?
Printed and fulfilled in the USA: the pants by Miami Sublimation, the tops by MWW On Demand. No overseas mystery shipping.
